Description
This mare has been apart of my life for many years. She has the performance, scope, agility, stamina and mind that makes a great jumper. Her compact body has given her great ability in the jumper ring. To this day I have never seen a horse slice a fence the way she has.
Her breeding is also exceptional. Her sire, the late Contango has had such an impact on breeding here in the States; he will be greatly missed by many.
Proven Show Record
Concerto’s show record includes some of the following… placed first in free-jumping at the Dutch (NA-KWPN) approvals, competed at South Farm Mini Trial at Beginner Novice, finished on dressage score. Reserve Champion Beginner Jumpers at Ellrick Farm, August 2005.
In 2006 Concerto competed at the Lake Erie College Winter Series in the Training Jumper Division earning ribbons in large classes. Placed 5th at the 2006 Jumper Prix de Ville Sweepstakes. Ribbons at June Ridgewood at Andrews “A” Show in Level 2.
Due to my own pregnancy she has become a broodmare. Sadly, I feel with her willing attitude and temperament she would have achieved much more in her career but for now she is a great broodmare.

Contango launched his outstanding career by being named Champion of his 100 Day Test in Germany with a score of 146 points. He earned 9's on temperament and trainability and was awarded top honors in both dressage and jumping.
